Cross above the elbows?  I just hurt myself trying.  To be fair, I doubt her arms were what Mr. Campbell was spending a lot of his time drawing. I looked at this, and went, “oh, that is maybe a little exaggerated,” and then I promptly put myself in a world of pain trying to mimic the pose.
